Terms and Conditions:

  1. Thank you for your participation in the trade-in program which allows you to trade in a used Dashcam/Camcorder/CVR, GPS Navigation Device, Digital Camera, Mobile Phone, or other device as determined by O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD in its sole discretion. By participating in the Trade, the customer acknowledges that he, she or it understands and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You are the sole and rightful owner of the device being traded-in. You are not trading-in a lost or stolen device and the device is free from any liens or claims by third parties.
  3. The condition, specifications, and other representations you have provided regarding your device are accurate. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the customer’s SIM and memory card and any accessories, if applicable, and delete all personal/sensitive data from the Trade-In Device before the customer trades it in. O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD is not responsible for removing data from the Trade-In Device, is not responsible for the loss of any data from the Trade-In Device, and cannot guarantee that any data left on the device will be deleted or not deleted. O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD is not responsible for the previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued to the Trade-In Device prior to or following the Trade.
  4. The customer hereby sells assigns, transfers and sets-over all right, title and interest in the Trade-In Device and the Data as of the date hereof without the need for a further instrument. For greater certainty, the customer is not assigning any contract associated with the Trade-In Device, including any service agreement, airtime agreement or carrier agreement, used by the customer in connection therewith. The customer is solely responsible for any costs, expenses or fees associated with the cancellation or termination of their contract with the customer’s service provider. The Trade-In Device must be surrendered at the time of trade-in and will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
  5. O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD, its vendors, and suppliers are not responsible for previous or subsequent charges accrued before, during, or after you trade-in your device. If you incur any charges, it is your responsibility to pay those charges.
  6. O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD, its vendors, and dealers (Panel Service Centres) will not be able to return any device that you trade-in. You agree to save information you want to keep on another device prior to trading-in this device. Under no circumstances shall O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD, its vendors, and suppliers be liable for any loss of any information/data from devices that you trade-in. Information/data on the device will be deleted and will be unrecoverable.
  7. In exchange for the customer’s Trade-In Device, O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD will provide rebate/ cash voucher to purchase Eagle I product for specific model purchased on the date of Trade ( TIPA Date) “. The rebate/ cash voucher with validation period is only applicable for selected Eagle I model available within the validation period. 1 unit of Trade-In device is only applicable for the rebate / cash voucher for one time purchase on the same invoice/ tax invoice. Multiple trade-in devices’ rebate/ cash voucher cannot be applied on the same invoice/ tax invoice.
  8. ONCE THE TRADE IS COMPLETE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE CUSTOMER’S TRADE-IN DEVICE BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER OR WILL THE CUSTOMER BE COMPENSATED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE TRADE-IN AMOUNT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IF, AFTER THE TRADE, HE, SHE OR IT DECIDES TO RETURN THE CUSTOMER’S NEW PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECTED TO O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD’S USUAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY, BUT THE CUSTOMER WILL LOSE THE VALUE OF THE TRADE-IN AMOUNT, AND THE TRADE-IN DEVICE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
  9. The agreement constituted by the customer signing this agreement is the sole agreement between O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD and the customer with respect to the Trade-In Device and is bounded by the terms and conditions contained herein. O&G 8LECTRICALS (M) SDN BHD may revise the Program Terms at any time and may suspend or terminate the Program at any time with / without notifying the customer.
