Eagle i CVR Warranty Policy

  1. Purchasers are advised to register the Eagle-i CVR warranty through the Eagle-i Mobile Apps for 12 (twelve) months warranty period from the date of purchase.
  2. Warranty registration submitted by the Warranty Card & Eagle-i Official Website are ONLY subjected to 6 (six) months warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty registration must be duly completed and submitted to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd reserved the right to void any incomplete submission of warranty details /late submission.
  3. This warranty is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
      O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd undertakes the warranty of:
      • Device- Front Camera and /or back camera (“Product”) – for a period of twelve (12) months*
      • Cracked / Malfunction LCD Screen – at the point of purchase*
      • SD Card and USB Cable – for a period of six (6) months*
      • Battery and Car Charger Adapter – for a period of six (6) months*
      • Suction mount , Anti slip Mat , rubbers or others -for a period of six (6) months*
    *from the date of purchased by the customer (not transferable) under normal use.
  1. This Warranty covers the Eagle i CVR products only.
  2. Within the applicable warranty period, the device prove to be defective by reason of faulty design, malfunction of software, workmanship or materials, we undertake subject to the following conditions to have the defective device repaired or at our discretion replaced free of charge. After the expiry of the warranty period, accessories, general maintenance and service costs incurred.
  3. This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through fire, accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect, adverse weather condition, natural disaster, exposure to water or moisture, incorrect adjustment or repair, to damage caused through modifications, connection to a device: (1) not endorsed by O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd; (2) not fit for use with the product. or use in an improper manner, or to damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
  4. All the related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts cost, maintenance cost, delivery, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.
  5. The device should be returned together with this warranty card/ warranty details on Eagle i app and proof of purchase promptly on being found defective, at the purchasers risk and expense, to the authorized dealer from whom the device was purchased or to the O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd service centre.
  6. The warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
      • The product serial number, the accessory date code, the IMEI number, water indicator or the warranty seal has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or is illegible;
      • Product purchased from non-authorised dealers/ service centers or from overseas;
      • Any parts of the device are replaced and/or repairs carried out by non-authorized personnel;
      • The defects caused by the fact that the device/ car charger adapter has been operating with incorrect or irregular voltage supply from the cigarettes adapter port due to the modification of Car Fuse Box ( Cigarette Port Fuse);
      • The defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified;
      • O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd has not been notified by the customer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable warranty period;
    • Any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in without prior written consent of O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd.
  1. Before returning any unit for service, be sure to back up your data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the product. O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media where you do not backup your data.
  2. If the product is returned to authorize dealers/ service centers or O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd after expiration of the warranty period, O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd’s normal service policies shall apply and the consumer will be charged accordingly.
      • O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd neither assumes for any other obligation or liability which is expressly provided in this limited warranty;
      • All warranty information, product features and specifications are subjected to change without prior notice.

• Except for the express warranties set forth above, O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd grants no other warranties, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the product, fitness for any purpose or otherwise. O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, loss or any other consequential damage, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any express or implied warranty.

  1. All warranty claims are subject to O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd discretion with verification from authorized Dealer and/or Service Centre Personnel in Malaysia only.
  2. Non-observance of the above mentioned clauses, O&G 8lectricals (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject the warranty claim.
  3. The warranty extends only to local customer (Malaysian ID) and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer. 12 months E-warranty only applicable for Malaysian Mobile Service Users.
